Submit a photo holding a copy of the 'Visit Portland Visitor Guide' either outside (in front of the tugboat propeller) or inside (by the 'Welcome to Portland, Maine' banner). NOTE: The Visitor Information Center is open Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. & is closed on Sundays. Visitor Guides can be found outside in a blue display box to the side of the entrance doors if the center is closed or inside when open to the public.
